Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., age 18 or older at entry. Employees of the sponsor and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Six weeks. One entry per person total.

The promotion runs November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through December 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m., Central Time (America/Chicago). One entry per person for the entire promotion, regardless of email address or entry method. Entries do not roll over to later drawings. Multiple addresses, repeat subscriptions and unsubscribing/resubscribing do not provide extra entries.

How to enter

Subscribe through our newsletter signup page. An eligible new subscriber receives one entry for the Monday–Sunday week of signup. Eligible existing subscribers as of November 2 at 12:00 a.m. Central receive one entry in the November 9 drawing. Signing up before November 2 makes you an existing subscriber for this purpose. Email verification, if requested, must be completed. Merely making a purchase does not enter you.

Free entry without subscribing: Between November 2 and December 13, email theflaglady@gmail.com with the subject “2026 Flag Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, city, state, and confirmation that you are at least 18, meet these rules, and are not an employee or household member. The email receipt time determines the entry week. This method has the same entry limit, deadlines, prizes and odds. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

Newsletter consent is optional for entry. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not remove an already accepted entry or create a new one. Entry information is used to administer the drawing under our Privacy Policy. Shipping details are requested only from potential winners.

Prizes and selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from each week’s eligible entries, for six prizes total. Each prize is one 3×5-foot U.S. Nylon I outdoor flag, SKU 100F02161, merchandise retail value $64.50. Total merchandise retail value: $387. Standard shipping is included; winners pay no shipping or handling fee. Flagpole and accessories are not included. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for the assigned week. If a week has no eligible entries, no drawing occurs for that week and its prize does not carry forward.

Drawings are planned for 9:00 a.m. Central on the dates above; potential-winner emails are planned for 9:15 a.m. Any operational delay does not shorten the claim period. Entries received after a weekly deadline are assigned to the next week, subject to the final promotion deadline and one-entry limit.

Claiming a prize

We email the potential winner from theflaglady@gmail.com. The message states the exact claim deadline: 72 hours after the actual notification time. Reply by that deadline with the requested eligibility confirmation and delivery address. No payment, bank details or purchase is required. Selection remains subject to eligibility verification.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible or declines, we select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries for the same week. Each alternate receives a new 72-hour claim period. If no eligible claimant remains, that week’s prize is not awarded. Confirmed prizes will be fulfilled promptly, within 30 days of confirmation. Taxes, if applicable, are the winner’s responsibility. No cash election or transfer by the winner.

Winner announcements

After a winner claims and gives permission, we announce their first name, last initial and city on FlagLady.com and in the next available newsletter. Publicity permission is optional and does not affect receipt of the prize. We do not publish email or delivery addresses. Ask the sponsor for the final winner list after the promotion.

Fair administration

Automated, fraudulent, late or incomplete entries may be excluded. Using different emails to evade the one-person limit is prohibited. The sponsor keeps an entry and drawing record, checks duplicates and verifies eligibility before awarding a prize. If a technical problem affects entry, contact us promptly; any remedy must preserve a fair drawing and will be disclosed on this page. Material changes will not be made retroactively to disadvantage accepted entrants.

This promotion is sponsored solely by The Flag Lady Corp. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from this promotion. Sharing or tagging is not required and earns no extra entries.
